Watercolor - Original work - "Repainted" 1997/2023

A watercolor painting from 1997, created during my school days, was revised and completed by me on September 4, 2023.

Essentially, only the background colors remained. All the overlying layers were added anew. Designed in a harmonious color balance with many interesting small details, the work is a picture that can be contemplated for a long time, discovering new aspects every time!

Watercolor painting offers me a very pleasant balance to acrylic painting, which typically takes up to 100 hours to complete. A watercolor painting can usually be completed in one or a few days, allowing me, as an artist, to achieve a more satisfying result more quickly than the more complex acrylic paintings.

Dimensions of the black, very elegant and timeless wooden frame are: length 55 cm; height 45 cm.
