Shipping policy

Shipping costs are calculated individually for each item.

Some offers are delivered to the customer free of shipping costs.

Deliveries outside the EU may result in longer delivery times and higher shipping costs. Furthermore, it must be clarified on a case-by-case basis whether additional requirements, such as customs declarations, need to be completed. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the shop provider.

Customers are responsible for returning undamaged items. For original works of art, return shipping costs of up to €350 may apply, depending on the return location, country, and size of the original artwork. To prove that the item has been returned, it is essential that the item be returned in its original packaging, along with a tracking number and, in the case of original works, insured shipping equal to the value of the artwork, to the address provided after contacting the shop owner. You can find out whether an item can be returned in our cancellation policy; please read this carefully before purchasing. If the item is not returned within five working days, we will assume that the customer has changed their mind and wishes to keep the item.
